HCE Operations
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and Governor Cuomo’s New York State on PAUSE executive order, HCE has moved to 100% remote operations. All in-person HCE programs and counseling are suspended.
HCE staff is available to provide you with virtual services until in-person services can resume.
