HCE Component Income Citizenship Grade or Age
TS High School and Re-entry Component Low-income, first generation Citizen, permanent resident 9th -12th grades
TS Middle School Component Low-income, first generation Citizen, permanent resident 6th – 8th grades at IS 195
Educational Opportunity Center Low-income, first generation Citizen, permanent resident Adults, ages 19 and over, high school dropout, high school graduate, postsecondary dropout, potential postsecondary transfer
Summer Scholars Component Low-income, first generation Citizen, permanent resident Completing 10th – 11th grades
Summer Middle School Engineering/Computer Component Low-income, first generation Citizen, permanent resident Completing 6th – 8th grades
COE/GE Fund Math/Science Program Low-income, first generation Citizen, permanent resident 8th and 9th graders attending IS 195, George Washington Education complex: International Business and Law High Schools
