The Educational Opportunity Center (E.O.C.) was implemented in the fall of 2002 by the Harlem Center for Education, and is funded through a U.S. Department of Education TRIO Program Grant. For the past 6 years the E.O.C. has been providing educational and college access services to adults who are low-income and potential first-generation college students in the East Harlem community.
