How to Apply for EOC Services

Walk-in placement testing is held for TASC-prep (GED) and Adult Basic Education classes every Friday at 10:30AM. Please contact Martha Sotelo at (646) 524-5563, ext. 4 for more information.

Prospective clients who have their high school diploma or TASC/GED and need assistance with college/training admissions, financial aid or career counseling should contact James Ruffin at (646) 524-5563, ext. 2 to schedule an appointment.

Prospective clients are welcome to visit our office during the hours of 9:30AM – 5:30PM, Monday – Friday. Our address is:

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for EOC services prospective clients must be 19 or older and a U.S. Citizen, permanent resident, or provide documentation of another permanent immigration status with the intent to apply for permanent residency (e.g. refugee, political asylum, etc.)

Students applying to Adult Basic Education (ABE) classes are admitted without regard to immigration status. Students younger than 18 years of age must provide documentation that they are officially withdrawn from high school.
